Jim Brenner

Field Service Representative
Shawano, Wisconsin
Joined the R&R Marketing Team in April 2017

Industry Background:
At a young age, Jim loved spending time at his uncle’s service station where he spent hours reading old second-hand Hot Rod and Car Craft magazines. At age 15 he pulled, rebuilt and installed the engine in his family’s Suburban. Following that he received a very rough 1972 Chevelle as a high school graduation present and over the next few years performed a complete restoration. It was then that Jim had found his passion for the automotive aftermarket.

Since then, Jim has had extensive experience building and driving radical street/strip cars and building asphalt circle track street stock cars. While attending technical college Jim worked in a body shop and then as an automotive technician for a few years before finding his true calling: auto parts. He has spent over 22 years in the aftermarket, working for Champion Auto Stores, Pep Boys, Bumper to Bumper, Camping World and AC Delco. Most recently, Jim moved on to manage a traditional speed shop and for the last several years was a Commercial Sales Manager for AutoZone. Jim has his ASE (P2) Automotive Parts Counterperson certification. He joined the R&R Marketing team in April of 2017 where he continues to pursue his passion for the automotive aftermarket.

Jim loves classic and modern muscle cars, traveling with his wife and 3 boys in their motorhome, buying and selling old toy cars and gas station memorabilia and home improvement.
