Industry Background:
What started as an after school job for Jeff Stacy, turned quickly into a lifelong passion for the automotive aftermarket. Starting at the bottom, shipping parts and sweeping floors for a mail order company, Jeff worked his way up to one of the top phone sales agents. From there, he moved to Automotive Performance Wholesalers (APW) where he rose through the ranks in sales and then moved into purchasing, becoming a buyer. When APW was bought by Keystone in 1999, Jeff moved to Exeter, PA to learn how the largest WD in the automotive aftermarket ran. As the performance parts segment buyer, Jeff managed over 100 lines and was even the first offsite buyer Keystone had when he transferred back to the Kansas City area to work within Keystone's new Midwest Distribution Center. In 2003, Jeff had the opportunity to get back into sales by leading the sales department of a growing company, Aeromotive. As the company grew, so too did Jeff's responsibilities as he was promoted to VP of Operations. But Jeff always loved a challenge and in 2009 the challenge came in the form of President of Sales & Marketing for Fragola Performance Systems/FK Rod Ends. With strong roots in the performance and racing segments, Jeff and the team grew each company year after year. In 2016, again looking for a challenge, Jeff chose to leave Fragola/FK and pursue the new ideas and out of the box thinking that makes R&R Marketing one of the most successful aftermarket rep agencies in the country.
